I was born in New Jersey and later moved to South Florida, where I completed my secondary education. I earned a B.S. in Neurobiological Studies from the University of Florida and then pursued my medical degree at the University of Miami.
Following residencies in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at UF Jacksonville, my family and I relocated back to Miami, where I practiced medicine for ten years. My professional interests include endovascular disease and hypercoagulopathy, and I actively engage in educational talks and dinners on these topics.
After moving to Northeast Georgia, I continued my long-time passion for motorcycle riding on the scenic roads of the Blue Ridge Mountains foothills. I also enjoy cooking a variety of ethnic dishes, with a particular interest in deconstructed foods using molecular gastronomy techniques. Additionally, I roast coffee at home and take pleasure in crafting coffee drinks and desserts.
