Jordan Dow (he/him) hails from Silver Spring, MD, and completed his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College in Atlanta. Afterward, he worked as an ER scribe at Piedmont Hospital in downtown Atlanta before transitioning to teaching middle school science in Baltimore, MD. He then pursued medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by residency at Kings County/SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, NY. During residency, he served as a liaison to the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR) and completed an ultrasound mini-fellowship.
Jordan later returned to Washington, D.C., to complete an ultrasound fellowship at The George Washington University. His professional interests include ultrasound education, advanced ECHO, and integrating trauma-informed care into bedside ultrasound practice.
