Dr. Lin grew up in Fairfax, VA, attended Duke University for her undergraduate studies, and moved to Connecticut to consider paths in culinary and medical school. Ultimately, she chose medicine, beginning her journey at Temple University in Philadelphia. She later relocated to Atlanta, where she completed both her Emergency Medicine residency and a Critical Care fellowship within the Anesthesia Department.
Her primary medical interests encompass all areas of critical care—especially ventilators, mechanical circulatory support, ultrasound, and ECMO—as well as health disparities, wilderness medicine, and medical education. Outside of medicine, she enjoys long-distance running, pottery, watercolor painting, rowing, aerial arts, rock climbing, and spending time with her husband and their energetic Australian Shepherd, Remy.
