About Me:

Ashley King is a Physician Assistant that has been practicing since graduation from the University of South Alabama in 2011. She started her career working in General Surgery with Dr. Pierpont Brown at Northeast Georgia. Her husband was active duty military and she then followed his career leaving to work in Pinehurst, North Carolina in Orthopedic Surgery and Dothan, Alabama in Urgent Care and then Emergency Medicine. She enjoys the variability and procedural aspects of Emergency Medicine along with the time it affords her to pursue things outside of work. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and two young children. She also co-owns a flower business where she enjoys creating floral designs for weddings. She is a native of Dahlonega, GA and is excited to finally be settling back in her hometown with her family to begin working with GEDS.
