About Me:

David Wade is a Physician Assistant that was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.  He spent 21 years in the Army, where he trained to be a Physician Assistant.  He obtained his degree from the University of Oklahoma, and has been a certified Physician Assistant since 1991.  He has worked in emergency medicine for 23 years.  He is marries and has 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and a Bernedoodle.
