About Me:

Dr. Wang was born in Montreal and grew up in Fairfax, VA. He attended Yale University and double majored in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry as well as Global Affairs, and stayed on at Yale to complete his MPH in Infectious Disease Epidemiology as well as his MD. After finishing his Emergency Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Morningside-West in New York City, he moved to Atlanta where he is completing an applied epidemiology fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and serving in the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Dr. Wang is excited to join the GEDS team and to serve the people of his new community.
