Dr. Josh Mugele completed his medical training at the University of Michigan and his residency in Emergency Medicine at Indiana University, followed by a fellowship in Disaster Medicine. He served as the Assistant Residency Program Director at Indiana University for the past four years. Medicine is his second career, following a decade in Silicon Valley working with software startup companies. 

Dr. Mugele is married and has two college-aged children.
