Dr. Todd Jordan, a native Georgian and graduate of Morehouse School of Medicine, is board-certified in Emergency Medicine by BCEM. He began his medical career in surgical residency at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, TN, where he discovered his passion for Emergency Medicine while working in several Memphis EDs.
In 1992, Dr. Jordan returned to Georgia to pursue a career in Emergency Medicine, becoming the Medical Director of Barrow Medical Center’s ED in 1993. An avid diver since 1995 with a keen interest in dive medicine, he also became the Medical Director for Barrow County EMS and the Barrow County Public Safety Dive Team.
In 2001, Dr. Jordan joined Gainesville Emergency Department Services, practicing Emergency Medicine in Hall County. He served as the Medical Director of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Braselton, from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he is the Medical Director for Barrow County Fire/EMS and Banks County Fire/EMS, as well as a member of the Region 10 EMS Council. He is also actively involved in training divers for Hall County Fire Services and their Marine Rescue Team.
