About Me:
James started his career as a medical scribe at Northeast Georgia for several years throughout his undergraduate career. He also obtained a phlebotomy certification and volunteered at a local clinic in Dawsonville, GA. From there, James enrolled in Physician Assistant school at Morehouse School of Medicine where he served on the executive board as president of his class. He was also involved in various extracurricular groups to include PA representative and event coordinator of the Emergency Medicine Interest Group, the Commencement Committee, and GALA Committee. James was also involved in pioneering a new fellowship program at Grady Memorial Hospital for mid level providers in dedicated research specialties of GI, Pulmonology and Oncology. James has a passion to continue the mission of his alma mater (Morehouse School of Medicine) to "lead the creation and advancement of health equity, and to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and their communities." He vows to provide the utmost patient centered care. His hobbies include snowboarding, puzzles, yoga, and reading.
